Once strong and vigorous as it wanted testimony the hard fights of a farmer’s past, is now developing into a more refined and gentle product better suitable to the tastes and needs of the consumers.

This is reached by continuous research of the quality and style involving more and more the process of fermentation of the vinous matter and the appeasement of the alcoholic content.
