The grappa, an antique and precious distillate is strongly
anchored in the tradition of our people, finds new dimension in the gastronomy.
Once strong and vigorous as it wanted testimony the hard fights of a farmer’s
past, is now developing into a more refined and gentle product better suitable
to the tastes and needs of the consumers.
This is reached by continuous research of the quality and style involving
more and more the process of fermentation of the vinous matter and the appeasement
of the alcoholic content.
Together with the quality and intense selection of the raw materials, a rapid
distillation without useless and long conservations, all these processes
determine the wide agreement that the grappas and fruit distillates by Angelo
Delea have achieved.

This grappa is made with the distillation of the husks of 6 different sorts of grapes, which grow in the vineyards of Castello di Cantone ( Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Sémillon, Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet Franc)
Carefully treated in the vapour distillery of Angelo Delea in Losone, they are the origin of a grappa with extraordinary smoothness and characater with notes of spices and aromes.

Carezza d'Autunno (45°)
Pure grappa of americana grapes, gained by careful
omitting of the beginning and the ending during distillation. So we get a
product with fine taste, perfumed, with moderate alcoholic content, but still
strong with a slight final persistence almost sweet and honey.
Filo di seta (43°)
We get it from the distillation of blue Moscato grapes, a very rare species at our places.
The result is a very fine and delicate grappa, very perfumed, almost female with a long aromatic persistence, resistent and silky, like a thread of silk.
Chardonnay (43°)
Grappa of fresh chardonnay marc, grapes coming
from the vineyards in the Mendrisiotto and Gudo, pleasant, aromatic, persistent
and intense at the palate with senses of candied fruit and flowers.
Grappa di Sauvignon (43°)
The variety of the species Sauvignon is marked in the grappa, green vegetal perfumes, persistent and
characteristic make it very fragrant and particular.
Pinot nero (40°)
Grappa from the marc of Pinot Nero del Ticino distilled as soon as they are pressed and refined in small barrels of ash, with amber reflexes, smooth, intense and wine perfumes.
Vecchio rovere (45°)
Distilled with marc of Merlot grapes, refined and aged in precious barrels of French oak-wood. Gentled by the time, pleasantly modified in its brown and amber colour and in its complexity of aromas, this virile grappa results at the same pleasant and graceful.
Vecchio moscato (45°)
Very precious distillate of moscato, refined with knowledge for 2 years in oak barrels where the wooden aromas join to the moscato aroma
Goccia di sole (43°)
Gotten from the careful fermentation of well ripened pears followed by an immediate and slow distillation in order to keep its primary aromas, natural and fruited, recalling the late summer sun.
Rugiada di mela (43°)
Golden apples from the Vallemaggia and Locarno ripened on the plants, distilled after long and slow fermentation give a very fine and delicate brandy.
Aroma d'estate (43°)
Produced with the entire crop of apricots ripened at the summer sun, make a very fruity and intense product.
Cuore di noce (30°)
Hull of green nuts, spices and aromas, macerated for long in brandy, knowledge of dosage, make a pleasant digestive liquor.
Ratafià (30°)
Liquor of nuts.
Vallemaggia (43°)
Grappa of americana grapes, produced with the typical hybrid grapes from Vallemaggia.
Limoncello
Lemons from southern Italy macerated for long in brandy and dosed with knowledge make a pleasant and fresh liquor.
Grappa di Charme
From the masterly distillation of the Merlot marc of white winemaking of the sparkling Charme. An elegant and smooth grappa with a variety of aromas.
