Our company also produces vinegar, vinegar from local wines and balsamico,
as for instance the Ticino vinegar balsamico made of „americana“ grapes.
A vinegar of cooked must made with the method of ageing in batteries
and various barrels of precious wood.
We produce three different balsamicos:
- Il giovane:
1 year of ageing
- L'Adulto:
more than 3 years of ageing
- Il vecchio:
more than 6 years of ageing
